As with any legal trademarks, the name "Apache" and the names of our code projects, Incubator podlings, and other projects must be used properly and in accordance with US law and the laws of your location. As a public charity and as a community leader, the ASF has additional guidelines for the use of our trademarks.

1. Derivative works of Apache logos are not allowed.
2. The use of Apache logos must be approved by the Apache Public Relations Committee (prc@apache.org).

The Apache Feather and the Apache Software Foundation logos are used to identify those projects and individuals that are official members of The Apache Software Foundation. Use of these logos is reserved for official use only.

The logo of an Apache project is used to identify that project and the individuals that participate in the project community.
