ftpcat - Get a file via anonymous-FTP and send it to standard
output.

ftpcat is all writen in perl.  It uses two support libraries ftp.pl and
chat2.pl.

To install edit the values in the makefile and do a make install.

ftpcat can also be found in the directory:
	src.doc.ic.ac.uk:packages/ftpcat/
